What do i mean ?
Last summer, when i just started selling on eBay , i had this brilliant idea of selling Greece on eBay.
YES,selling the whole country on eBay with a starting bid of 0.99$!! I clearly stated in my listing that the buyer will get absolutely nothing.And this listing was only to express my anger and rage upon the Greek government and it's economic policy and selling out the whole country.
What happened ? just google my user name aravas18 and you will see.. I became news to all the major Greek blogs. - along with other 2 sellers that copied my " idea " .
Result? Greece sold for about 36$.. lol.
I did not actually get the money but i got HUGE FREE TRAFFIC to all my other listings in that period of time.. and you know.. more traffic.. eventually more sales. ;)
So.. Be creative! try having a weird listing from time to time for sale on eBay and if you are " good " enough you might make it as NEWS to major blogs.
